BASICS OF BUILDING A SYSTEM FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Abstract


The functioning of any organization is related to the combination of the main types of resources: financial, material, information and human. Human resources are human labor, physical and mental skills, ie all abilities, desires, preferences, job skills, experience and interests used to produce goods and services in the business. This paper presents the key issues in building systems for human resources management as an important prerequisite for increasing productivity in modern organizations and achievement of positive economic results.
