HEALTH AND SAFETY LABOR CONDITIONS IN THE SECTOR OF EDUCATION –A PREREQUISITE FOR QUALITY EDUCATION
Abstract
This article is a result of participating in the project to the European Commission "Building practical guidelines to promote joint initiatives by the social partners at European, national, regional and local level to prevent and control psychosocial risks in the education sector and improve the quality of education".
Educational institutions should be safe and healthy places that contribute to successful teaching and learning. In this regard, the aim is to help create an atmosphere in which learners can learn, and teachers and other staff in education can do their work in a positive, healthy and safe environment.Keywords
