MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL TURNOVER
Abstract
Personnel turnover is a problem of great importance and increasing actuality for the business practice both on a world scale and in Bulgaria. This provokes a search of effective instruments for its management. The paper presents a summary of a monograph examining the specificity of personnel turnover management.
