IMPACT OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MEDICAL WORKERS ON MICROCLIMATE IN HEALTH INSTITUTIONS

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of communication on the microclimate in healthcare teams. We asked the group of medics 'Do you think the cohesion of your team is at a level good enough?'. It turned out that the majority of the respondents found cohesion in the team in which they work at an insufficient level. Only a quarter of all participants in our survey believe that the cohesion in the team in which they work is at a level good enough.
