STUDY OF THE ROLE OF NONVERBAL COMPONENTS IN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HEALTH WORKERS
Abstract
The main question of the study is 'When communicating with colleagues do you pay attention to non-verbal components?'. It turns out that the majority of the medics studied pay attention to non-verbal components in communicating with colleagues. Of utmost importance in communication, physicians attach the intonation of their interlocutor, followed by facial expression. We found the influence of the respondents' age on their priority non-verbal component.
