Abstract


Risk is an invariable part of the reality around us and although it can be identified, assessed and limited, it can never be completely eliminated. Risk management in healthcare organizations seeks to create the necessary framework and tools to proactively and systematically improve the quality of patient care while reducing operational and financial risks.
