VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Abstract
Vocational education is a form of education focused on the acquisition of specific skills, knowledge and competencies related to a particular occupation or industry. It provides practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary for the successful performance of work in a particular professional field. Vocational education may include technical skills, on-the-job training, vocational school or college curricula, and specialized courses or training. It aims to prepare people for specific job positions and provide them with the necessary skills for a successful career in a specific field.
