CONFLICTS AND THEIR RESOLUTION

Abstract


Conflicts in companies are inevitable and most often occur because of communication problems. Ignoring conflicts can lead to strained relationships, poor work environments, and even employee turnover. The success of organizations is largely due to clear and open communication. Managing communication and offering useful solutions to conflicts should be the aspiration of every manager. Organizational management strategies must adapt to effective conflict resolution in order to support the business.
