GUARANTEE OF HUMAN RIGHTS - TEST FOR SUSTAINABILITY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract


The guarantee of human rights by enterprises is an extremely relevant theoretical and applied field in economic theory and real business. The purpose of the report is to present modern forms and methods of observation, analysis and impact assessment on the social consequences of their activity in the context of observing human rights along the chain of value creation. The focus is on interaction between enterprises and the state in order to achieve optimal results. Recommendations to business, state institutions, professional organizations, trade unions have been formulated in the direction of responsible business behavior as a creation for sustainability.
