MODERN METHODS AND TECHNIQUES FOR MOTIVATING HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract


Without motivation, the organization will fail to achieve its goals, strategy and mission. Motivation means encouraging, influencing, inspiring, stimulating employees, providing them with reasons to perform well and use their full potential, creativity, competencies and skills.

This paper analyzes the eight theories of motivation - content and process and the application of modern methods and techniques to motivate human resources in organizations.  

Successful managers should know the essence of motivation, the main motivational theories, along with that they should know their employees which will help them to use individual motivators for them.
