PECULIARITIES OF DEVELOPING HEALTH AND WELLNESS TOURS TO KARLOVY VARY: ANALYSIS OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND

Abstract


Karlovy Vary, a renowned spa destination in the Czech Republic, combines natural wealth, architectural heritage, and a well-developed infrastructure tailored for therapeutic and wellness tourism. This paper explores the city's offerings, including its mineral springs, medical spas, and cultural attractions, emphasizing their appeal to diverse tourist demographics. By analyzing supply and demand trends, the study identifies key factors influencing the success of Karlovy Vary as a premier wellness destination. It highlights the role of customized health programs, cultural experiences, and eco-tourism in meeting the expectations of modern travelers. Recommendations focus on integrating health services with recreational and cultural activities to enhance the overall appeal of the region.
