MAIN HIGHLIGHTS AND FEATURES OF THE REENGINEERED PROCESSES

Abstract


The aim of this paper is to outline the importance of reengineering of the processes at the business organization in relation to the constant change. It shows managers how to build competences for adaptability into the company. The article proves that reengineering pushes the ongoing processes in achieving the efficiency related to cost, quality, profit, and output.
