PROBLEMS WITH THE ADAPTATION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO THE MULTI-PROJECT ENVIRONMENT (AFTER THE EXAMPLE OF “SKF BEARINGS BULGARIA” EAD AND “LUKOIL NEFTOHIM BURGAS” AD)
Abstract
The article presents results of an empirical study, performed at two large business organizations with the purpose to assess the effectiveness of the human resource management system in the context of the multi-project environment. It discovers consecutively the problems of the multi-project environment, as well as the changes in the content and structure of the HRM system, appearing as consequences of the “proectization” of the organizations. On this basis general conclusions and recommendations to the management of the organizations are formulated.
